Miss Hill City Volunteer is a chapter of the Statewide, scholarship program based in Lynchburg, VA called Miss Virginia Volunteer. Seeking to empower young women across the state through educational scholarships and extraordinary opportunities, and teaching valuable skills in confidence, volunteerism, and entrepreneurship.
